Bilingual teachers with 3+ years of experience who take regular in-house methodology training.
Are the teachers native speakers?
Not necessarily native, but fluent bilinguals. This lets them explain hard points in a language you understand and raise the share of the target language gradually.
Can I see the teacher beforehand?
Yes, teachers have intro videos. Some material is still in preparation, so the fastest way is to ask for the current video in messenger.
How is a teacher assigned?
In the free trial lesson we consider your level, goal, schedule and group vibe, then suggest a suitable teacher and group.
Can I change teacher?
Yes. If the style or schedule does not fit, we find another teacher or group at no extra cost.
Does one teacher run the whole course?
Usually yes, to keep the course coherent. If a change is needed, the programme is preserved.
Are there individual teachers?
Yes, individual format in person and online — the teacher works to your goal and pace.
Does the teacher explain grammar in my language?
Yes. At early levels explanations are in your native language; as your level grows, the teacher uses more of the target language.
What approach do teachers use?
Communicative: they get you speaking from the first lesson and fix grammar through speech on real everyday topics.
Do teachers prepare for exams?
Yes, teachers run DELE (Spanish) and Cambridge/IELTS (English) preparation as a separate programme with a mock exam.
How many teachers are there?
A team of several teachers across both directions; the specific teacher for your group is set at the trial lesson.
Do teachers keep training?
Yes, the school runs regular methodology training to keep one teaching standard.
Can I continue online with the same teacher?
Yes. If you travel or cannot attend in person, in many cases you can join your teacher online.
Will the teacher help with practical everyday language?
Yes. Topics are built around a relocator’s real life: doctor, rental, paperwork, school, neighbours — not abstract textbooks.
How do I meet the teacher before starting?
