FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What activities are there besides classes?
Language clubs — for example a format with a wine club, where you practise the language in relaxed live conversation.
Is it part of the course or separate?
It is an add-on to classes and part of the school community’s life, not a replacement for the main course.
Are there trips and excursions?
Trips and excursions are possible but currently irregular — we announce them as they are organised.
How often are events held?
Irregular for now. The schedule depends on intake and season; we announce dates in messenger and the community.
Are activities free for students?
Some activities are available to students as a community bonus; conditions for a specific event are clarified in advance.
Do I have to be a student to join?
Activities are usually aimed at students and the school community; ask in messenger about access to a specific event.
What is a language club?
A meet-up where you practise the language not at a desk but in free-topic conversation in a comfortable atmosphere.
Do clubs help you start speaking?
Yes. Informal practice removes the fear of speaking and reinforces what you cover in class.
How do I find out about upcoming events?
Follow the school channels and ask on Telegram/WhatsApp — announcements go there.
Can I bring a non-student friend?
It depends on the event. Ask in messenger and we will tell you if it is open to guests.
What language level do activities need?
Usually mixed levels: what matters is the wish to speak; the host helps keep the conversation going.
Are there online activities?
The main clubs are in person in Valencia; online formats are occasional, check the specific event.
Can I suggest an event idea?
Yes, ideas are welcome — message us: the community and formats grow with students.
Are activities tied to the course programme?
They complement the course: live practice of topics you study, but they do not duplicate the syllabus.
Where do activities take place?
Mostly at the school and venues around Valencia; the exact place is in the event announcement.
