Spanish coursesWhat and how we teach

The Spanish course programme

Grammar is a tool, not the goal. Focus on speaking practice, real-life situations in Valencia, cultural immersion.

What "communicative" means

  • From the very first class, students speak around 60% of the time
  • Grammar is taught through situations, not tables
  • Every topic is a task (book a table, argue a point, negotiate)
  • The teacher speaks only in the target language (from A2+)

The path through the levels

Practical spoken Spanish for living in Spain — not a course built around an official exam. DELE certification is available as a separate module from level A2.

The path has no fixed end date: it is a continuing subscription to your seat in a group, not a course with a start and a finish.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does one level take?
On average 3–4 months per level with 2–3 group classes a week. The exact pace depends on your starting point and consistency — at the free trial we assess your level and give a realistic plan.
What level can I start from?
Any — from zero (A0/A1) to advanced. Groups are formed by level (A1–B2), with DELE prep available. Not sure? We measure your level for free at the trial.
What class formats are there?
In-school groups (up to 10), online mini-groups (up to 5), one-to-one in person and online, summer intensive. Morning, afternoon and evening to fit your schedule.
How many students per group?
Offline groups up to 10, online mini-groups up to 5. Small by design: everyone gets time to speak, not just listen to a crowd of 20+.
Is there a free trial class?
Yes. The first class is free — we get to know you and match the ideal group by level, schedule and vibe. Group not a fit? We switch you free.
How much does it cost?
Depends on the format: groups, online, one-to-one, intensive, packs. Up-to-date prices on the «Prices» page. Discounts for course payment, family and referrals.
How can I pay?
Flexible: card, Stripe, bank transfer, crypto. We find a convenient method — including for people who just relocated and have no local account yet.
What if I travel for a while?
We freeze your course — what you paid doesn’t expire. You come back and continue from the same point. Part of our service.
What if I miss a class?
It isn’t lost: a make-up or joining another group at the same level. Can’t come in person? Join your class online.
Are teachers native speakers?
Bilingual teachers with 3+ years of experience and regular in-house methodology training. Grammar is explained in a language you understand; Spanish share grows with your level.
What’s your methodology?
A communicative approach with a clear grammar structure: you speak from day one, grammar is reinforced in speech, topics from real life. Minimal drills, maximum practice.
Do you prepare for DELE?
Yes, DELE prep (A1–B2) with a mock exam. We’re not affiliated with exam centres and don’t issue official certificates, but we prepare you to pass.
Do you help with visa or housing?
No. We’re a language school: no visa paperwork or accommodation. The focus is on you living and speaking Spanish freely in Valencia.
Where is the school?
Valencia, Av. de l'Institut Obrer de València, 21 — Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias area. Map, directions and hours at the bottom of the page.
How do I sign up?
Fastest: the «Free trial» button or messenger (we reply within 1 business day). You can also take the short quiz and we’ll suggest the ideal course.
